Find the confirmation email, note the purchase date and reread the terms from checkout. Count 60 days from purchase and aim to write well before the last day.

What to include
State your name, order number and purchase date, and say you are requesting a refund under the guarantee. Ask what to do with the bottles and who covers return postage. Keep a copy and note when you sent it.
